The Foundations programme at CrossFit Canning Town introduces new members to the essential elements of CrossFit. In just four sessions, you’ll experience different types of workouts, learn how to scale exercises, and build the knowledge and confidence to fully integrate into our regular classes.

If you’re a CrossFit beginner in London looking for the best way to start, Canning Town’s Foundations programme is for you. This four-session series is designed to give you a strong start, whether you’re new to fitness altogether or just new to CrossFit. We focus on scaling, intensity management, and introducing you to the different types of classes we offer. This programme is ideal for those who want to learn the basics and feel fully prepared to jump into our dynamic and challenging CrossFit classes.

Experience Different Workouts
We expose you to a range of CrossFit workouts, from strength-focused sessions to high-intensity intervals. This variety ensures that when you join regular classes, you’re familiar with the different types of workouts we offer.

Mastering Scaling and Intensity
The Foundations programme will teach you how to adjust exercises and manage intensity according to your fitness level. You’ll learn how to approach each workout with the appropriate modifications, allowing for safe and effective progress.

Confidence in Class

Ongoing Learning and Support
Even after your Foundations sessions are complete, our coaches will continue to provide education and support as you transition into regular classes. We’ll make sure you stay on track and feel supported as you progress in your fitness journey.
