We use a lot of drills and progressions in our CrossFit group class coaching. We take an approach to CrossFit where we do less, with more quality. Putting huge emphasis on quality of movement, before layering on intensity and load. This is hugely evident in how we spend time working through progressions in every class, drills with a PVC pipe and actually spending time refining technique and refining movement
